We had the whole thing delivered by them. It was still close to $500 less than we would have paid for just the TV if we had bought it from any other store. They installed everything that even included things that we didn?t buy from them. They were fantastic, and my wife is raving about them.

Terrible, all they had to do is connect a simple cable to the TV to test sound quality. They refused to give me back my money, since the previous TV was opened. I was left having to buy another TV from them. After much arguing, Video Only finally negotiated down the price on another TV. I demanded they check the sound quality on this TV prior to final agreement. I try to support local companies, but after this experience, I'll strongly consider other sources.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THE PURCHASE OF OUR HOME THEATER SYSTEM. THE SALESMAN WAS QUICK TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND SHOWED US A NUMBER OF OPTIONS. THE PRICE WAS ALSO WORKABLE, AND HE EVEN LOADED OUR TRUCK WITH THE MERCHANDISE.

THE SALES PEOPLE WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WORKED WITH US ON THE PRICING. WE FEEL WE RECEIVED A FAIR DEAL AND THEY WORKED TO UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS WITHOUT UNNECESSARILY UP-SELLING. PRODUCT AVAILABLE AS PROMISED.
