My approach to successfully selling real estate over the past 13 years is simple but effective: listen to you the client. Having closed over 335 transactions, there is not many circumstances that I have not seen and learned how to overcome. I have built rented, rehabbed, bought and sold many of my own properties and know exactly what you are going through as a home buyer. My goal is that your home purchasing experience is as perfect as possible. I am here to look out for your best interest all the way through the transaction. Through the transaction, you will have full access to the highly qualified team of professionals that I have assembled throughout the years. We met Vance at an open house about 3 years ago. We are very (VERY) picky about exactly what we want and where we want tto live. Vance has been extremely good natured and patient with us. He has helped us find an inspector to find out what we need tto fix in our present home (we've lived here 35 years) and is helping to find contractors to fix what we are not able to do ourselves.
We plan on buying or building the next house before we put this one up for sale. Vance has respected our timeline and our budget and never tries to sell us anything we don't want. I cannot imagine anyone else I would trust to find us our next home.
