Excellent! From the initial call to the final bill, my experience with Urban Hammer could not have been better. Joe gave me an estimate the day after I called, had his crew at my property on the next dry day (which was a Saturday, mind you), and finished the job in two days as he said he would. The roof is beautiful, and Joe's final bill matched his estimate. Joe told me during our initial call that he wants a customer for life, not just one job. Well, he's got one. As an owner of multiple properties, I look forward to working with Joe again and will happily recommend him and his team to anyone who asks. Thanks again Joe.

We have an early 1900s carriage house detached from our main residence and it had stairs going to the loft that we were trying to make habitable and bring it up to code. George had a brilliant idea to maximize the space and put an amazing staircase in for us. He showed up like he said he would and proceeded to finish the job as proposed at the price he predicted.
