I needed two TV's mounted on the Oregon coast. I had worked with Tyson's team twice before and reached out to them. I was pleased to see that they worked on the Northern Oregon coast. Alan and Owen came out and did a fantastic job of mounting my two 65 in. TV's and making suggestions that cleaned up both areas for me. They were able to hide the cables and associated wires for me in a way that I had not thought possible.

Tyson and his team are AMAZING!! Owen came out and got my universal remote re-programmed so I could watch tv again, plus made some great recommendations, Tyson has been so patient with us coming out multiple times to help with other issues. He is always so nice and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. I can't recommend them enough!! They are THE BEST!!!!!

2022 Update-from 5 star to 1. They used to be incredibly accountable, but over the last year they've taken a nose dive. I've hired them to do two more projects; one for my sick brother and one for myself. The one for myself was about a $4K project, installing Sonos all around my house. They bought and delivered the Sonos. One of the big sound bars was broken. They were supposed to be replaced. That was 6 months ago. At first he was keeping me updated, and then he slowly stopped responding, then just texting and giving excuses. We also have issues with the work they provided; unstable connections, failure to adhere to best practices with the product, and so on.He has $850 of mine and has gone completely dark and will not respond or answer my texts. I would not trust this company with my money or my family. It is so sad to watch someone completely ruin their own good name and reputation like this. I've heard his work is suffering from two of my friends that used him as well. 06/05/20 So, not only did they come out and do a free consultation the day after I called them, they then beat out any other bid, and within 4 days I had an amazing movie theater in my bedroom. I did not say movie-like experience because it is literally as good as going to the movies.The screen has a diagonal of 178 and and the surround sound is fantastic.We can even watch in the daytime and I have no curtains on my window or giant sliding glass door. We do family movie night every Friday night, but since this came in on Thursday, we watched Indian Jones for our first flick. The kids had their jaws dropped open the entire time, and my wife and I finally had some peace and quiet. The team that came out to install it was professional, easy to talk to, worked really efficiently, and even put in some additional perks that they didn't charge me for. The guys were a blast to work with. They walked me through the entire setup, had recommendations on how to do things differently than I had planned, but always checked with me before making a decision. Seriously, if every vendor was this good, I'd be spending a lot more money! I can definitely recommend them and will most likely be doing business with them again soon.

Tyson engaged immediately once the request for service was submitted. He was attentive throughout my explanation of what I thought would be a complicated project. Once we agreed on the work Tyson sent over two very experienced techs who were friendly and professional. They relocated and got all equipment to communicate on the same signal path. They finished by calibrating the audio for the room perfectly. Their wiring was clean and at the end they explained their work in a clear understandable way. I will definitely use Tyson Whiteside in the future for all of my AV needs.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Didn't listen to what I wanted, tried to sell me the moon, way overinstalled wiring, ignored my request to help me choose what I wanted room-by-room, did not followup most times I contacted him. In his words, "Did you feel neglected?". Sure did. And overcharged. It now turns out that there is a question whether he is licensed to do the work in the first place, though I admit I don't understand the legalities,.
