He was wonderful. He came right away, a young man named Tyson Stockton. I called on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday morning. He was here exactly on time at 10 o clock. He checked over the computer and it was a major virus, which I knew. He ended up emptying my whole hard-drive. He put it on backup and then re-installed everything. He also added virus protection. I had some, but not enough. He cleaned the computer and put everything back together and he added memory too. It is fabulous now. It is fast and wonderful.
