Joe was really busy when we first contacted him, we got onto his schedule and waited about 6 weeks before he was able to start. He helped us with every detail of the job and we got further recommendations from the great subs he has working for him. The bathroom is by far the best room in our house, it makes me happy every day. The quality of the work is impeccable, the house was kept clean and Joe did a great job communicating with us about the timeframes, cost, etc.

It was great, we had to wait to get on his schedule, but he was very communicative regarding the time frame when he would be available. They gutted our totally white bathroom, kept the master bedroom totally livable the entire time, and turned it into my favorite room in the house. The entire bathroom is beautiful, from the high quality of the tile work, the beautiful vanity and cupboards and the painting.

We hired the contractor for a few specific jobs in our house remodel. He started the job promptly, but because the project was small it got pushed to the back burner and neglected. This was a job that was supposed to take a few weeks. Our house was left a construction zone for several months while no work was done. When the work finally finished, it came in well above the original bid which was already high to begin with. On subsequent projects we've solicited bids from other contractors that have come in at almost half of what his bid was for the same work, and we are much happier with their work. Unless you are available to supervise the work and personally enforce time deadlines Trump and Maloney is more of a headache than it's worth.
