I wanted a custom king headboard for our master bedroom.  I took some upholstery classes and in the process of doing some initial projects I injured my elbow and shoulder so decided doing my own upholstery wasn't meant to be.  Ultimately, I decided to find someone to create the headboard for me.   I got several quotes, all of which were higher than Trio's.  More importantly, the other vendors only let me choose from their limited styles and it was very difficult getting pictures online or via email of what my options were.  Trio let me provide a picture of what I wanted, which I did by email.  A couple of days later I delivered my fabric to the shop in Sellwood.  Two weeks later the headboard was delivered and attached to the bed frame (I paid an additional $100 for delivery and $50 for installation).  The headboard looks exactly like the picture, but with my fabric.  Really well done.  During the installation I realized the bed would need to stay about 4 inches from the wall to allow room for the curtains behind the bed.  At no additional cost to me, Trio then built, upholstered and installed "blocks" to provide wall contact for additional support.

All in all very easy and a great experience.

Kristina worked with me in adjusting the down/ feather percentage to provide the comfort I wanted. The workmanship was excellent and the company a pleasure with which to work.
