I obtained several bids on roof replacement, but these guys were recommended by my realtor. The price was very reasonable and while there were some communications issues (sometimes slow to reply to emails or texting) the job was done on time and we are very impressed with how nice the finished roof looks. I asked for the best solution for sealing around the pipe stacks and was charged $20 for each using the premium vent solution.Cleanup was very thorough, the gutters cleaned and tightened against the eaves. Job was completed in 2.5 days, including tear off. These are hard working people who keep their word. Pedro Sr. has 23 years experience in roofing. His son Pedro Jr. handles the paperwork and is who does most of the communicating with customers. Both are very nice gentlemen to work with. Highly recommended.
