John and his crew were thorough, fast, and affordable. Professional craftsmanship and top-notch communication. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had Tom replace our roofs at our 42 unit apartment complex. Tom installed new roofs on 8 apartment buildings. Subsequently, we started to have roof leaks in the bath venting in 10 units (which never occurred earlier). Tom came and said that the bath fans needed to have stronger motors to push out the moisture. I asked if he can replace the bath motors and he said no. He also blamed our tenants for not ventilating the units. I called another roofer and found out that Tom had failed to connect the pipes from the bath fans to the roofs to help vent the moisture out (they were venting into our attics).Tom also used painters tape to connect some of the pipes instead of the correct tape.Tom also cut our dryer vents to make them fit the pipes instead of using the right coupler. Long story short, another roofer is charging me to fix the shoddy work from Tom. Tom does not know what he's doing and beware of roof leaks and incompetent work from his crew if you decide to use him.

Tom and his crew are thorough professionals.  They are serious workers and nice, pleasant people. They did a beautiful job over the course of 2 and 1/2 days.  They paid attention to details, pointed out and fixed problems we didn't know existed (but verified and agreed with) and responded immediately to all issues that came up in a professional way.  They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day.  They brought their own truck to remove debris from the old roof so we didn't have to rent a dumpster.  The price was very reasonable for a large job. The roof is beautiful and I couldn't be happier!  Thanks Tom!

The job went well.  They showed up on time and worked all day so they would finish on schedule.  Work looks good and the roof hasn't leaked.  Will  do what ever you want just make sure and ask.

A friend recommended Tom's because they were fast, efficient and well priced. I called Long and he was more than enthusiastic to start ASAP. He scheduled with my general contractor and whipped out the roof, having to replace half of the sheeting, in one day. Great job! The roofing delivery company did crack my driveway and Long gave us the contact information. We are waiting to hear back from the delivery company.

They had to replace shingles when they replace the fascia board. I could not see what they were doing from the ground, but when I was on the hill I saw they use light tan shingles instead of black which was the color of my roof.
 I called them and told them they had to remove the tan shingles and put on black ones. The owner said It would cost another $100.00 .
Of course I wouldn't pay it. They did replace them.
I thought their work was sloppy.
My contract said they had to clean and treat the shed roof, but the worker drove away without doing it. I had to call and get them back.

Tom's Roofing was exceptionally professional and responsive from the moment I called for an estimate to job completion. The entire process was completed in under a week. I picked the color and that night the materials were delivered to my home. They called to ask if it was ok for the deliver truck to go up on the lawn because of the difficult angle to get the materials on the roof. The next morning the showed up on time and were finished and cleaned up in six hours on the hottest day of the year! They did a fantastic job and I would use them again in a heart beat!

Showed up when scheduled.  Worked until 7 pm to complete in one day.  Clean up was good.  The work was done on a house that will be for sale soon.  We did not use 3/4 in plywood and 50 year roof that I would put on my own home.  They will install anything that you specify, just understand what materials are included in the low bid.  Enjoyed working with them.  I would definitely used them again.

Tom's Roofing is excellent, efficient, on time and I would rehire in a minute.They swept up thoroughly leaving a clean driveway, steps, etc. - a  hardworking crew all around.

He did a good job. He was punctual. He  did it all in one day. The staff was organized and very professional.

I contacted them by phone from Albuquerque, 1300 miles away, to have work done my my father's unoccupied house. It was all done by phone and mail. When they found conditions, such as chimney damage, they contacted me, got quotes, waited for my approval, and supervised the work. There were no surprise charges, the work was done quickly, and I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism, both from construction and business points of view. I was able to visit Portland later and visually inspect the work, and as a former homebuilder, was pleased with the results.

He came in lower than anybody else but he would not include the rotten boards under the roof in the estimate. He was very easy to work with I just went with some one else.

From order placement to job completion was less than one week, and that time was due to special ordering the material. English is not his native language, and it can be difficult to understand him, but he does well enough, has done this work for nine years and apparently knows what he's doing. His crew started at 8:30 am and was gone by 3:30 PM, leaving behind no damage, debris or other undesirable evidence they were here.
