Services we offer

Projects include full room makeovers, room additions, second stories, or any other modifications to your home. At the beginning of the project, we produce a schedule with the budget. Then each Monday, we update it with any changes in the scope of work (caused by us or the customer) and highlight the impacts to the schedule and budget. This helps us manage your expectations throughout the life of the project.

They did well with the initial framing of the second story, but all downhill after that. Hard to work with, often times work didn't get done when stated it would be. Toby was not a good general contractor. We would not recommend him. It was a huge headache and a lot of us doing his work for him.
