They did not represent me well. When the tenants damaged my property, Tindell expected me to pay for it. Recently, the tenants caused $2500 worth of damage, and Tindell tried to make me pay. This was after several months of misquotes, false warranties, conflicting emails, and general neglect on their part. I took them to task, and they did end up paying for $1700, which is a clear indicator that they knew they were in the wrong. They also recommended that I not charge the tenant's damage deposit when they vacate. Why? I hired Tindell to represent me, and they took the side of the tenant, refusing to require them to pay for the damage they caused. This happened TWICE. I would NOT recommend Tindell to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable property manager.

bad start, but they redeemed themselves

I came across Tindell and Company when I was looking for property management companies to rent out my house in North Portland. I called a few and left messages, and Jessica Tindell was the only one who answered her phone when I called. She was friendly, professional, and use to work for another big property management company before breaking out on her own. I met with her, signed papers, and had tenants in my house within two weeks. Her company did all the leg work, and I've had low maintenance and good tenants in my house for two years now. I haven't had to contact Jessica very often, but when I have, her office gets back to me promptly. It has been so easy, and I'm very thankful and feel fortunate, especially after hearing lots of horror stories about other people's experiences with property management companies.

Their Property Management is superb. Makes our lives much easier with the details being professionally and promptly taken care with our rental. The maintenance issues are taken care of in a very timely manner, keeping our renters happy. We've also had the pleasure of having Jessica as our Real Estate Agent. She's provided information and access to a vast variety of homes. Her attention to detail sets the bar for which others should strive to reach. Jessica is very intuitive; That trait is what makes a person so valuable when it comes to fitting the right home with the right human. She cares, and it shows. You just cannot go wrong with Jessica at Tindell and Company.

They do a great job. They are very professional and the owner Jessica is one of the best in her fields. They have always done a good job. Their price is fair as well.

Latasha asked alot of questions, complimented my home (amazingly, I had another company come and they showed no interest and didn't appear to have done any homework regarding the area and it's benefits to tenants) and was really easy to work with. We missed and rescheduled appoinments but eventually met up. I have had a wonderful 6 months with them and hope to use them for other properties in the future. Their prices are fair, they don't nickel and dime you for everything. If you are looking for a property management company, please give them a call and compare their prices. It's amazing how wildly different each management company prices. Also, ask them about your area, give them a tour of your home and then ask THEM to give YOU a tour of your home. Price is a big consideration but so is friendly, professional service. I highly recommend Latasha.
