 + 0 moreFrom the first call to the project completion Ben was very professional. During the free estimate Ben demonstrated his knowledge of plants and trees and it was obvious that he has a passion for what he is doing. Ben walked around the yard and gave suggestions for us without being pushy at all, he even told us what we could do ourselves to save money! We were surprised at his prices compared to his competitors and very much appreciated the detailed and itemized bid that we received. When we called on Ben to accept the quote and schedule the work we were treated like VIP and were able to schedule the job within two weeks. Ben arrived on time and was detailed in his work. I especially liked the way that he made our Japanese maples look when he was done. Before he left Ben cleaned up the yard and checked with us to make sure that the job was completed to our expectation. I give The Tree N*** my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an expert fine pruner!
Description of Work: Ben (truly The Tree N***) trimmed all our small trees and shrubs that required attention including: Upright Japanese Maples, Laceleaf Japanese Maples, Thread-branch shrub, Magnolia tree, fruit trees, Rhododendron and Azaleas, and too many more to list! Ben spent about six hours trimming and completely transformed the yard!
