At The MacPac we are your source for all the newest Apple products and accessories at our location in Portland, Oregon. Our store is over 3,000 sq feet filled with the newest MACs, iPods, peripherals and other accessories. We work with both individuals and businesses for both sales and service. We have proudly served this area since 1993 with a commitment to customer satisfaction. At The MacPac our services include: • Carry-in service • Priority service • Diagnostic service • Onsite service • Mac tune-up • Managed Services (remote admin, asset mgmt...) Our amazing service department will take great care of you and your Mac. They have earned the Apple Excellence in Service Award and have now earned the prestigious Apple Premium Service Center designation! They can either come out to your location or come into our store and have them work our magic there. You can count on us to get your MAC fixed right and to get it fixed fast. Service contracts are also available. Our retail store caters to people who prefer personal attention and relationships, over the crowded and noisy mall stores. We will hold your hand through the process of buying a new computer, or answer the most technical questions in a way you will understand. Our corporate accounts managers are available for onsite consulting. We have deep expertise in many vertical markets and are happy to provide our business clients with competitive quotes and financing options. We also have classes available to help make you more familiar with your Apple product and other computer products.
