We are a locally owned and operated husband and wife company here in Portland. We don't subcontract. We both do the estimates, scheduling and work together.

Two people came to do it. It took about 2 to 3 hours. They left the area spotless. They arrived on time. They are great people, personable and did a fantastic job.

At each service, they arrived on time and worked hard while they were here. They don't walk on the roof (which can damage the roofing!) instead working from ladders. (The back of my house is about 30 feet from ground.) They clean up their mess and put it into yard debris recycling. They sent me a (non pushy) reminder when it was time for a retreat. Each time, the charge was exactly what was estimated. Although it was raining h****** their first visit, they completed the job without complaint. This young couple (I'd guess 30s and I'm 60s) definitely have a strong work ethic! I asked if they'd like to come in the house to warm up, but they declined saying that they were too grubby.
