The technician came out and did an assessment. He took great care in listening to our concerns & resolved things very quickly. Very happy with the service and results.

We had Comcast come and crawl all over our crawl space to put in their service and they told us it looked like an animal was living under there. We called Termi Tech to come and check for us. The representative took one look at the crawl space and said he wasn't told it was so narrow. I explained that Comcast men had been under there and that we had a whole team under there insulating a couple of years before. I asked if he could at least check to see if a raccoon was living under there. He said it might atack him, so he didn't want to go under and check. I watched him stand in the crawl space entrance and throw some poison in. He said he would put up 3 new screens and asked if I had cutters to cut the material. He went to Home Depot to buy the cutters, came back and put in plastic vent inserts (which the raccoons had off the next week) and charged us $200. We were not members of Angie's list, so didn't review him until now,but kept the invoice and wrote on the top to never use this company again.

"Just found out about this review from a friend. So apparently we did service in 2011 for mice. In 2013 this review was written by customer. No one contacted our company to let us know there was a problem, or we would have taken care of it for free if there was something we did wrong. Termitech Pest Control has done 60,000 plus jobs in Oregon. This was the first time we have gotten bad review. I dont think this was a fair one because customer or Angies List did not bother to contact us to resolve the issue."

Eric is a great professional! He does his work quickly and efficiently. I have had no pest problems since he has started working for me. Terrific Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He goes the extra mile to get the job done properly, I cannot recommend him highly enough!
