 + -1 moreThis refinance was complicated, maybe if it had been run-of-the-mill it would have gone better. Our contact and poor experience was primarily with Steve Salveson. His wife Janey was very easy to work with. The biggest problems were Steve's patronizing and condescending attitude; his failure to fully explain the steps we needed to take; he made decisions based on old notes, not the more recent instructions we had given him; he chose a title company for us based in Hillsboro (we live in Milwaukie); errors in documentation caused delays in closing; and he never fully explained who we were borrowing money from.

 + -1 morePHILIP GEHRING WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE WAS PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY AND TOOK THE TIME TO FIND US THE BEST LOAN WITH THE LOWEST INTEREST RATE AND TERMS.
Description of Work: SUNSET MORTGAGE HANDLED THE REFINANCING OF OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE APPRAISALS AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS.
