7 years ago we built our own patio with flagstone purchased from Smith Rock. This summer we noticed that some of the stones had started to flake. We mentioned this to Lewis at Smith Rock while were there making an unrelated purchase. He came over to our house to take a look and insisted on making things right again.
A few weeks later Lewis came back with two other men and some flagstone. They replaced the flaking pieces and some that we hadn't even noticed were starting to flake. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to fit the pieces into our existing pattern but they did. No problem. They pressure washed the patio and cleaned up when they were done. Lewis even called us later to make sure we were happy with the results. We were!
