What a living nightmare. Deacon was shy and unsure from the start. His bid was affordable, and as business owner's ourselves, we know you got to start somewhere, so we gave him a chance. THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY IS SLANTED TOWARDS OUR HOUSE AND IS DRAINING RAIN WATER INTO OUR BASEMENT. FULLY FLOODING. He came out during rainfall, saw the damage, and said with his own two words that the driveway needs to be ripped up and redone. We then found out his license is suspended and will no longer allow him to work on our house since he is uninsured and not bonded. We have asked for a partial refund which he refuses. We have had about 4 other contractors come out and their professional opinion is that it needs to be redone - properly. Don't use him, and further more, look up contractors on CCB to see if their license is working,

Terrible experience. They poured a 6' retaining wall without a footing or a permit. The wall had to come down. They built a new 4' wall in it's place after a 2 month battle and it was built with an inadequate footing. The concrete parking slab they poured is draining into our garage (no drain was installed) and the corner already broke off .

Siua construction was great! They got the job done super fast and effective. They poured cement for a sport court and also since they were there we had them pour a hot tub slab. The price was very reasonable and we couldn’t recommend them more!

It was great. They were professional. They were quick. They worked until they were finished. They didn't just disappeared.

Deacon and his crew did a fabulous job. They are hard workers, hardly even taking a break all day. They tore out our old cement in one day and repoured a new driveway on another. Deacon was the only contractor to respond and come out, the price was reasonable, and the job was completed quickly afterwards. They cleaned up and left the area spotless.The driveway looks amazing. I highly recommend this hard working and experienced company.

Due to unrelated issues (long story) the old driveway was about 50% removed, when we needed to find someone else to complete the job. We contacted Siua Construction for a bid and they were quick to respond. They were prompt and very professional when they came out a couple of days later for the bid. The bid was very reasonable and was accepted. The work was scheduled for the following week. On the work day, they arrived on time and immediately went to work removing the remaining driveway. It took most of the day and at the end of the day they did a very good job of cleaning up and securing the job site. The next day they returned and poured the new driveway. All went well and they did another excellent job of cleaning up. The entire process was smooth sailing and they were very professional throughout. We would use them again in a heart beat.

Very knowledgeable and reliable service! Worked fast, worked efficiently and got the job done exactly as I requested. Will definitely be using this service again for future projects!

Deacon is the owner of Siua Construction, a young, honest, very hard working and EXPERIENCED ontrepreneur. He was willing to let me do some of the prep work for a lesser cost, which is why I went with him. I absolutely would hire him again, he did everything he said he would do and my new patios look GREAT!!!

Was there on time. Got the work done fast. Flexible about changes on the project and knowledgeable. The project was done on time and done well. I would recommend using this company.
