Excellent experience from beginning to end. Yvette, Aleks, and Landon were all extremely professional, responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. The scope of work and potential issues were assessed accurately and described in detail. Quick scheduling and excellent quality work at a fair, competitive price. I would not hesitate to use Service Plus again. Highly recommended.

I have used Service Plus Plumping twice and I highly recommend them. I was impressed with the service the first time with a blocked a sewer line and call them again for a broken water line. Each time they made accommodations so that I was able use my water and sewer line until they were repaired. I had had new sod laid and was concerned about tearing it up. They took up only a small amount around the area of the water meter to dig a hole to access the line. The line was replaced under the lawn, under the garage floor, and into the crawl space under the house with equipment that fed the line without tearing anything up. They could have just replaced the line to the shut valve, but made me awake the material of the 36 year old line could break under the house. There grass sod was put back in place. An area of my aggregate driveway was taken up with the sewer line repair, and then an area in the garage around the shut-off valve with the water line repair. The cement repairs were excellent. My neighbor has his water line repaired the year before and I KNOW that I chose the best company for the repair. The neighbor asked for their card. Their pricing is reasonable: $4,750 for sewer line and $4,900 for water line with senior discount.

Like clock work! Landon met me at my convenience to assess the work and suggest the best plan of action. His bid was better than half of a previous bid from another contractor. The Wirsbo replacement main was “line” bored and connected in one day, on schedule. Each step of the way I was kept informed. My yard hardly shows evidence of the work. These guys are professionals. I am confident in their work and I feel that they charge a fair price for the value they deliver. I would hire them again and I will recommend them to my friends. PS. I am a DIY’er and was considering this project. What these guys did in 9 hours (lots of rocks) would have taken me 3 days, without water service. They earned their pay!

great service and responsiveness. I called at 7am & left a message. Landon called back 15 minutes later & I explained the situation (tank leaking on garage floor). I had to turn water off to entire house. He arranged to fit me in, and Alex was here at by Noon. He fixed the tank & had us up again by 2pm. Kudos all around for the service and response.

Went well. Steve was great with a very tough clog - turned out to be a rat that had become stuck the sink drain before expiring. Very tough clog, horrifically smelly, but he stayed with it, and got it out. Amazing that a rodent that big could (almost) fit in a pipe that small. Will definitely call them again, although hope it's not for a job like this!

I called to schedule an appointment on a Tuesday and they were able to send someone out on a Thursday between the hours of 3-5p. Steve Cruz arrived within the time window. I told him that the bathroom sink was clogged and I took apart the ptrap to clean the pipe out and noticed a couple unusual things in the way the previous home owners had the pipes attached. Once I cleaned it, I put everything back and the sink was still backing up. I realized it was probably the pipe in the wall that was clogged. He looked at it and gave me an estimate and I said to go ahead with it. So he took apart the pipe and when he removed the pipe from the ptrap into the wall, it was completely clogged. He then told me the size of the pipe was smaller than a standard size. In order to correct that he would need to cut the wall from behind the bathroom sink (which would be very complicated and it would take a lot more time) or cut the wall on the other side which was my kitchen wall (which would be a lot easier to access). He showed me the cost and I told him to move forward with the repair through the kitchen wall. He told me exactly what he would be doing and he also warned me when he was going to saw the pipe that it was going to be loud for my dogs. I appreciated him giving me the warning so I could be with them and calm them down during that brief period. Once he was done cutting the pipe, he showed me what was going on with it. He let me take pictures of it so I could show my spouse. Once he was done, I had other questions about general plumbing things and he was very nice to answer all my questions. I also asked him if he could cover the hole in the kitchen to prevent any cold air from coming in and he was more than willing to do that. He was very professional and personable. He took all the debris, old pipe and swept before he left. The next day it came to me that I forgot to ask Steve if they honored an Angie's list member discount. So I thought to myself it doesn't hurt to ask so on a Saturday I sent an email asking about a discount and hoping for a small refund. I didn't expect them to respond till maybe Monday but I want to say that evening or the next morning I received an email that the discount was refunded. Jessica even called me on Monday to say that I received a refund for being an Angie's list member. I was amazed by how responsive, professional, punctual and understanding Jessica and Steve have been. I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again. Thank you.

Very well. Steve showed up after hours with everything needed to do any repair required. Fee was discussed up front and was fair for an emergency after hours call out. Work was done professionally and expeditiously.

I have an issue with my water heater leak. Aleksey (Alex) came and evaluated and provided us an options to help us to save money for our future water heater problem. We decided to listen to Alex advises. Alex replaced the new water heater. He installed new recirculation pump at no charge due to existing one cracked. He installed new timer for recirculation pump, so water would have to recirculate 24/7 365 days. This is an awesome so I can have my hot water right away when I turn it on in the early morning without waiting for 2 minutes. I recommend to hire Alex because he is nice, patient, friendly, professional and fast. I encourage Alex's boss to give Alex a raises and bonus. Service Plus Plumbing is very lucky to have a great employee like Alex. Thank you Alex and Service Plus Plumbing.

Amazing. They showed up late on a Friday afternoon and worked till midnight to fix the problem. I was truly astounded by their hard work, dedication and professionalism. Great job!

not well . They wanted 545 dollars for this work. the price was truly outrageous so we only did the outside faucet .The job only took 30 minutes with 10 of those minutes were getting tools from the truck.

I can not say enough about Landon and Aleksey. They took everything in stride from no shut off valve in the house to the crawl space that didn't go where it should have to the 11-14 inch deep crawl space they had to connect water in house after cutting a hole in floor of closet where the furnace and hot water heater are. They referred me to the electrician I needed to ground and bond the house and the water locator to find the hidden water line and finally dealt with Portland Water as the road side shut off valve also didn't work. Even after all that, the job was completed on time and leaving everything clean and put back as originally found.

Alex was on-time, friendly, and a good communicator. We had chosen this company because they have good reviews but were available much sooner than the company we had used before. He fixed everything we needed done, and found a couple of problems we hadn't yet recognized that would have resulted in flooding or leaks. We will definitely use this company again and will request Alex.

Great!! Landon is definitely the best plumber I have ever hired. It was a cold, wet winter night. I knew I had a leak in my water line, but I didn't know where. As Landon was preparing to drive home he received my call. He immediately drove to my house and turned off the water to my house. He did so just in time: water had been collecting in the crawl space and was only 1" away from flooding my gas furnace! He determined that the water service line was broken and pumped the water out of the crawl space. He proceeded to install a temporary water line so I would have water service until he could install the permanent line. He returned a few days later with the driller to install a new line to my house. He worked for about 12 hours. The next day the inspector came to inspect the job and it passed of course. Landon finished the job and cleaned the entire area to perfection. Landon is Professional, Personable and Honest. He does an extraordinary job and the price is reasonable. He approaches each job as if he is performing the work on his own home. I am grateful to Landon for arriving when he did and for the superb plumbing job. Excellent! Exceptional quality of work and customer service. Landon responded to phone call’s right away, and kept in good communication during the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the industry and provided accurate and helpful information about the process. He gave us options for the repair, decribing both pros and cons of each option. Our water line is at twice the usual depth for the area which made the job much more complicated and took more time than anticipated. In addition, the work was done on a day with heavy rainfall and low temperatures. Landon was diligent in completing the work and maintained a cheerful attitude throughout. He kept both the tenants and owners updated throughout the process. Overall, exemplary work and exceptional customer service!

Great! Landon came with limited notice to replace a broken toilet and a leaky water hose. He came with a new toilet and he was prompt and professional. The quality work appears excellent. I hope I don't have any similar emergencies, but I would not hesitate to call him again for any more plumbing work.

I tried to contact many plumbers that were recommended by Angies List only to find out that they didn't answer or no longer did "fix" jobs (only new installments). I called Service Plus Plumbing and actually had the owner (Landon) answer. I was able to explain what our problem was and even sent him pictures of the original instructions with part #'s included. He called me back right away, gave me a quote and said he could pick up the parts and fit me in the same morning between two other appointments! Landon showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He was dressed professionally, and was very thorough in his explanation of how he planned to fix our shower. Landon wore booties, careful not to mess up our home. Having two bigs dog's, this wasn't really a concern of mine, but I did notice how they reacted to him. I have found our dog's pretty good at judging character and Landon's easy going and confident demeanor put them at ease from the get go. Once he got started on the job, he was pretty meticulous in the steps he would take to do the job right. He was able to change out the mixer, fix some problems that the last plumber missed, put everything back together, caulked, cleaned, and then explained what he had found and how he fixed it. All together it took just over an hour. I would use Service Plus Plumbing again and would definitely recommend Landon. He is a knowledgable, personable, and stand-up kinda guy who wants to do the right thing for his customers. He clearly represents the the heart and name of his company, "Service Plus." Most of all though....Thanks for the HOT SHOWERS!
