Scott was very knowledgeable and always available esp. since my husband and I lived across country. Scott listened to our needs, educated us about home buying, and continues to do so. We are very happy and glad Scott was our realtor.

These transactions were complicated by several things. Repairs that had to be coordinated (in a timely manner) on both homes, like adding A/C and a new furnace, financing issues and concluding the sale and purchase quickly. Scott took control of handling the multiple contractors and it all went smoothly. He is always professional, on time and things go so well that they're just taken care of!

Like I said, we are still working with Scott, but we are so happy with the results so far. Scott is willing to work whenever his clients need. I will update this when we do purchase in 6 months or so.
