FELETI (THE BUSINESS OWNER) WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD PROVIDING SERVICE FOR SOME NEIGHBORS. HE CAME TO THE FRONT DOOR AND ASKED IF WE WANTED LIMBS TRIMMED, SO THAT THEY WERE NOT TOUCHING AND OVERHANGING THE ROOF. I ASKED HIM TO COME INTO THE BACK YARD AND GIVE ME A QUOTE ON A GREATER AMOUNT OF WORK. HE VIEWED THE THREE TREES THAT NEEDED TO COME DOWN, PLUS THE MAPLE LIMBS THAT NEEDED TRIMMING. (SOME 25 FEET OFF OF THE GROUND) HE SAID THAT THE NORMAL PRICE WOULD BE $1,200 TO $1,500 (WHICH I WOULD AGREE WITH BASED ON PAST QUOTES), BUT SINCE THERE WAS SOME TIME OPEN IN HIS SCHEDULE, HE WOULD DISCOUNT THE JOB TO $900. TWENTY-FOUR HOURS LATER THE WORK WAS DONE. FELETI CAME BY, I WALKED THE BACK YARD WITH HIM, WE TALKED ABOUT FUTURE WORK THAT MAY BE NEEDED, THEN I PAID HIM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS FAST, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
