ROSTER INTERIORS

We are totally delighted. Rob and Douglas were a pleasure to have in the house. They were there when they said they were going to be, and gone by the time they promised. They were on schedule and on budget. Rob, especially, is a real craftsman with an eye for detail and beauty. Everything turned out better than I hoped. Rob and Douglas were on top of things. I didn t even notice that a sub contractor had loosened my dryer vent until Rob and Douglas had it fixed! Rob was flexible and open to all of my ideas. He encouraged my bargain hunting . (I found granite counter tops for less than laminate!) He encouraged us to contribute what we could to make our kitchen unique. (My desk and kitchen table are made of slabs of redwood cut and refinished by my husband!) He did a phenomenal job with my new IKEA cabinets. They are drop dead gorgeous.

We were nervous about the this project. We have three grade schoolers and g a houseful of neighborhood kids. Rob and Doug arrived every day at 9 and left every day at 5. I was given a detailed week by week plan for the job and they stuck to the schedule for the entire project. Each day the site was swept, picked up and vacuumed so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting into anything. All debris was taken off the property almost immediately. Rob did an amazing job working with the IKEA cabinets we used to keep costs down. He trimmed them out so that you would never know we only spent 3000 on them. He may hate me for saying this but he fabricated our concrete countertops himself on site and the results are just amazing! But the best part of the remodel was having Rob's design sense. Rob is as much a designer as a contractor. He gave us the kitchen we really wanted but didn't think we could afford. And his finished work is fantastic. I plan to use him for our bathrooms asap.
