These people are great! The day I had my appointment scheduled Tracy actually noticed I had a leak coming from under my car and immediately gained the assistance of the amazing mechanic right next door! David Owens! He took care of me right away. Thank God! My water pump had just quit! I was able to bring my car in to see Tracy the following week. He does great work and has a wonderful fun personality. He allowed me to be part of the process so I could see what was happening. David came over and checked on me at the same time. These two are a great team and I highly recommend them! Tracy, I took it thru the car wash and.... NO LEAKS!! So thankful. Now I can put my worries behind me, no more standing water on the floor of my car! Thanks again, you are amazing.

Last week I took my 2002 Escape to the Washougal Ford service shop for an estimate to fix the sunroof. Without looking at the car and with about as much enthusiasm as a fence post he said that it would be between $1000 and $1400, depending on what
was wrong. And I would have to leave it with them for at least 2 days. At that point I wasn't about to invest that much into a 2002 car to repair a sunroof.
Then I started to call around and soon found that no auto repair shops or auto upholstery shops worked on sunroofs. I then found
Rose City Sunroof by doing a Google search for sunroof repair and called Tracy. After describing what it was doing he knew exactly the problem and ordered the parts to fix it - that was last Monday. The following Friday, today, I took the car to him at 8:00 AM and while I waited he fixed the sunroof and had me on my way by 11:00 AM. Plus he cleaned the drains and lubricated the mechanism that operates the sliding glass - at no additional cost above his quoted cost of $450!
A great experience and I won't hesitate recommending Tracy to anyone!

Able to quickly repair sunroof drains at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended, after trying to deal with this for 2 years, I wish I had found them sooner.

I experienced a water leak near the top left corner of the windshield in
our 2008 Camry. Since this occurred shortly after a windshield
replacement I returned to report my issue. They diagnosed the leak as
originating from the left front sunroof drain.
After checking
with a local Toyota Dealer and being unable to get in immediately (the
rains had begun in earnest), and the price quote seeming excessive, a
friend recommended Rose City Sunroofs. I called and Tracy said, and quot;bring
it in and I'll take a look.and quot;
Tracy indicated that year/model
Camry occasionally had an issue with the drain hose not being securely
installed at the factory. After exposing the drain connection area he
showed the unconnected hose end to me, reinstalled it, and put the
exposed area back together.
He obviously was very experienced
with these type of repairs, stopped what he was doing to accommodate me
(it was raining), worked quickly (you have to love watching a
professional work), explained how to dry out the wet carpet, and sent a happy camper on his way.

Tracy, was great to work with. Even though he went on vacation for a week he snuck me in to at least shim up the glass before he left and then got me in first thing when he got back to make the repair. He also was willing to use used parts instead of new parts which made a huge cost savings. So far the sunroof is working better than before and is less noisy to boot. Thanks Tracy!
