Generally, from estimate to completion, the process was very good. The work was done in April when roofers are less busy and in sixteen days after the estimate the roof was completed. I was directed to previous customers to view roofs in the colors and styles I was considering; this was very helpful in anticipating how my roof would look - I was pleased with the look when mine was finished. The crew was very competent and efficient. Clean-up was good and they respected my property during tear-off 4 layers, sheathing and roofing. One of the crew even helped me re-hang a problem gutter that needed special attachment. A small problem arose involving a fan vent but Phil Coates, the owner of RROS, said he would make it right and did so in a timely manner. This company is not large and they are busy; it is sometimes a little difficult to get a response on the phone or through email but they always got back to me. Throughout the process, Phil seemed to me to be an honest, straightforward businessman. He said, when I met him, that he will would work to make his customer satisfied If issues arose and this he did. His price seemed fair and he warranties his work.
