He was able to locate them and have the parts overnighted so that I could take a road trip the next day. He is very good, very reasonable, and they are a very good company.

It was my 60,000 mile tune up. It went very well. I was referred to them from another person that is in the automotive business. He was very knowledgable about the car and very interested in helping me. I went to his shop and noticed that the shop was full and had many types of cars both high performance and normal cars. He gave me a quote that was quite a bit below lower than many of the other authorized Volkswagen dealers and local shops. I made an appointment and he agreed to open early for me one morning. He completed the work for the quoted amount and the results were great, I even picked up a mile per gallon or two on the gas mileage.
