ED, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS ON TIME. HE SPENT TIME WITH ME EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS AND WHAT COURSE OF ACTION HE WOULD RECOMMEND TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. HE DID A GOOD JOB.
