Date and dollars apx as it was a while ago. Wonderful outcome. The smelly rugs were cleaned to perfection and repairs were meticulous and neat. Will definitely be using them again and again.

They did a wonderful job. Without chemicals. Got the one rug repaired earlier than they had estimated. Were able to accommodate my schedule for when to pick up and when to return the rugs. When the rugs were returned, I asked that they trim the pads underneath, which they did. I'm very happy with how the rugs look now and how clean they are.

The date of service is approximate, as I can't remember exactly when I took my last rug in, but I always love everything about Renaissance--they're generous with their knowledge and will even share about fascinating-looking repairs to another rug they're making such expertise will always take my rugs and better antique textiles there. 

They did an awesome job and the rugs were all hand cleaned and individually inspected. All issues of smell and damage were addressed and fixed.

I have used them a few times for my oriental rugs and they consistently do a nice job.

She is master craftswoman for rug Restoration. I called around the country to get references for Jahanava, and everyone raved about her. We used her for this reason. We had a hole the size of a softball in our rug, and she did an extraordinary job for us. I could not even tell where the hole was. I am not sure if the price was competitive, but since it was a family heirloom any price was worth it. They were timely, polite, and courteous. I would definitely use Jahanava in the future for this service and would recommend them to others.

This is the second time that I have used them to clean my rugs. They did an outstanding job. All soil was removed. They take a lot of care in their work, and I like that they use a water bath to clean them. The rug remained with them for a few weeks due to the process used.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN PORTLAND. (WATCH OUT FOR BIG NAMES-THEY RUINED CARPETS FROM LACK OF KNOWLEDGE) RENAISSANCE ABSOLUTELY KNOWS THEIR STUFF. IF YOU HAVE ORIENTAL-YOU NEED THE BEST.
