FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TELEPHONE CALL 3 MINUTES LATER! THE CALL CENTER PERSON INFORMED ME THE ORDER WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 1 DAY AND ARRIVE 5 DAYS LATER. IT DID, AND THE PRODUCT WAS PACKED SO WELL THAT THE GLASS SHADE WAS NOT IMPACTED BY THE -20 DEGREE WEATHER. THE BOX WAS ON MY DOORSTEP DURING OUR COLD SNAP.
