Luke is a one-person business at RAD Appliance, is extremely polite, and knows his stuff. He had my LG washer apart in minutes, diagnosed that the pump was bad (verifying quickly the problem I'd expected), and had the replacement part in his truck to get us washing clothes again just minutes after his departure. His prices are beyond reasonable and Luke is a very honest person; I accidentally misread the invoice, and I thought I was rounding off a small amount in a "keep the change" situation, but I'd actually just tried to grossly overpaid, and Luke was kind enough to draw my attention to my mistake, which was very cool of him to do. Finally, Luke made sure to make me aware that the part replacement was under a fresh warranty from the manufacturer and what the terms of the warranty were. Please support individuals who are in business for themselves who work hard and are talented.
