Amazing customer service from Deanna (hope I got her name right) professional and courteous service tech - quickly fixed our hot water heater!!! Very reasonable prices - would recommend and use again based on this experience

Great. I always ask for Deon as my service person, Deon is thorough, goes about his work in a conscientious manner and and is a pleasant, nice man. He cleans up any debris and takes it with him. Pyramid Heating should be proud to have him in their employ!

First I purchased a 3year service plan and so when I said above money was paid, it was paid when I bought the service. No money exchanged today. The quality of service is the very best we have had (we use to have Sears). The technician is superior and very professional - his name is Deon. I would not hesitate to recommend Pyramid Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Work went fine. Technician solved the issue quickly. My only complaint would be that I am a returning customer and there was a $299 weekend OT charge, I would have hoped that they would have cut a repeat customer a break on that charge. Maybe like a warranty because they service my entire HVAC system. That said, I was not surprised by the charge and the service was prompt.

Deon was great! Super knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was does properly.

Everyone was very professional and punctual. They all made sure I understood what was being done with the installation of the new equipment and removal of the old equipment. I was even advised how I could make my hepa filter system more efficient. The installation only took two days. I now have a thermostat on the top floor and bottom floor of my house. My house now has the ability to heat one floor at a time without overheating or cooling the other floor. This is the first time since I have owned the house (going on 20 years), that both floors are the same temperature! Wow! I cannot adequately describe how nice it makes the house feel now during the day and when I sleep at night! After using the equipment for two days now, I can it was worth every penny I spent to have this done and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Additionally, my new gas hot water heater does not make noise (the old one used to sound like a water cooler in a office gurgling air bubbles after the hot water was turned off) and provides hot water upstairs in less than 30 seconds (it used to take 2 to 3 minutes prior to having the unit replaced)! I will be recommending Pyramid Heating & Cooling to my friends and family! Thank you very much again for such excellent customer service, Troy S.

I recommend Pyramid Heating & Cooling because they stand behind their work. During routine servicing of my hot water tank the technician had an equipment accident that resulted n some damage. The main point of sharing this experience, that probably is quite rare, is the fact Pyramid made the situation right by me and that says a lot about a local business. I will use Pyramid for my future needs and recommend to others.

Pyramid had an amazing crew! I met Comfort Consultant, Dan Sumner at the home show. When he came for the consultation he actually fixed my original problem with some simple adjustments. Dan thoroughly explained the Aeroseal process and the benefits and then promptly followed up when I decided to go for it. The crew that came out to do the work did a fantastic job. They skillfully covered all surfaces and were careful to keep things clean and protect all my furnishings. Honestly, if I hadn’t been there to watch I probably would never have known they were there. As to the Aeroseal process. It’s only been a day since but there is no detectable smell and my house feels warmer already. The printout report showed before and after test results. An 89.9% reduction in leakage after Aeroseal. I can’t wait to see how this will effect my heating bills. I highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Fabulous! The Pyramid Team arrived on time and performed a pressure test to determine the amount of heat loss due to aging ductwork. The service was completed ahead of schedule which resulted in a 96.3% reduction in duct leakage. Our ducts were sealed from the inside and the sealing is permanent. They were professional, friendly and eager to address our many questions prior to, during and after the process. They used shoe covers and drop cloths so everything was kept neat and tidy. We look forward to receiving our next utility bill to measure the savings. We would refer this Team and service in a heartbeat, thank you Pyramid!

Excellent. Pyramid technicians apprised me of the details of the problem, what it would take to fix it, set up an appointment for the next day, punctual, completed in time.

Used them without problems for 10 yrs. This Fall, I needed work on our in-floor heating that they had installed 10 yrs prior. Upon evaluation, the serviceman (Mike) found that some of the parts were mounted backwards and some had failed! When he came back to do the work, it went fine until I found (after he left) a hole dripping water in a PVC pipe from my water heater. He had suggested that it needed a hole in his initial evaluation but I never agreed to it (as all worked well for 10 yrs without it and no place to drain the water). He didn't tell me he did it anyways until I found puddles of water on my floor after he had left! Now I have a 5 gallons bucket that needs to be emptied daily! Worst of all he was rude on the phone when I mentioned the problem, he pretends he didn't do it ,and the company is not addressing my complaint. I have emailed, and called multiple times without any adequate response. Unfortunately I have already paid for a 3 yrs service agreement with them and want out of it at this point!
