EXCELLENT!!! Puroclean reps were amazing, informative, , friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were punctual and communicated very well.

My dishwasher leaked internally and all laminate floors at the kitchen warped. I hired this company based on my insurance recommendation. They started to work same day, removed the floors next day and started drying day after. They did a great and very professional job in short time.

everything went great. After a kitchen fire. . The smoke damage was all throughout my house. I had 4 or 5 restoration companies contact me. I felt like they were sharks. These guys are our heroes!! Came home to a broken water filter under the kitchen sink and a large area was flooded. We have never experienced water damage and Brian and Ben and the crew literally saved us from further damage and saved our hardwood floors! They kept us calm, explained in detail all that would need to be done and they swooped and worked their magic! They were careful, thorough and available 24 /7 if we had any questions. What a relief during this emergency! They brought boxes, packed and even labeled them so we wouldn't be looking all over for our things! Warm, caring and very professional! I can't say enough about what a comfort they were during this difficult time! We'll never forget how helpful you all were or and smiling faces. They are good at what they do and they take all the stress out of a tough, emotional situation!! You all get an A++!! Thank you all

Excellent company to work with, Ben followed through on all commitments. Team did a great job of keeping our home clean during a very messy process which was so appreciated. All work was completed and done very well.

I can't say enough good things about Ben, Zach and Puroclean.  We had a dishwasher leak in our kitchen and they came out right away and looked at the damage, carefully removed undamaged bamboo hardwood and spent ten days drying out the floor with visits to check on moisture content every day for 10 days.  They worked with our insurance company to find the best solution and gave us tips about restoring the damage. They were prompt, professional and communicated everything that was going on.  If you have to have your kitchen torn up, there is no one better to work with than Ben and Zach.  After ten days, they were practically family.  Even our skittish dog liked them.
