Perfect. With their assistance, I was able to turn an un-sellable and un-cleanable house into a clean, safe, comfortable home for my family!

Provider arrived on time, was courteous, thorough, and helpful with suggestions.  He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing along with similar areas.

I wanted to get the musty smell out of my basement, so Andy recommended three approaches.  Both subcontractors were punctual and professional.  It appears the air ducts are very clean, and the carpets were shampooed well.  However, the air fumigation service that he did only helped somewhat.  I guess I expected a complete solution for two grand.

Andy is very knowledgeable and has encountered a wide variety of odor situations.  At first I didn't realize the car actually had a water leak, and Andy was able to show me front foot well area where water had entered.  I agreed to strip the carpets from the car, discover, and seal all seal leak areas before proceeding with treatment.
Pure environmental keep treatments until the issue was resolved.  This took a few iterations where by I stripped seat coverings also for subsequent treatments.  It took the equivalent of 4 treatments, two with one gas cylinder, and one with two gas cylinders in the car.
The car is tolerable now, however, it did take a long time for the treatment chemical odors to subside.  I'm pleased with Pure Environmental advice and for their persistence to improve what had been a pretty bad situation.  They guarantee results, there was no change in price and I am now satisfied with the end result.

They were great.  Very knowledgable and responsive.  Careful with our things and using a system that does not use chemicals so no impact on kids or pets.

Andy explained the treatment of our closet on the phone, arrived on time and got to it.  We had recently had renters in our house for a year as we couldn't move quite yet, but the smell was just not identifiable (like dog urine, etc.).  Musty, strong, and permeated any clothing that we put in there.  He left the equipment in the closet for over an hour.  When it was done, it had a strong smell of ozone so I couldn't really tell if the smell was gone.  Well, I returned to our house two months later and low and behold.  Not the slightest odor!!

I had to call Andy to sing his praise and tell him how happy I am that the awful smell is gone!

I wouldn't hesitate to have this company be our future StinkBusters, should the need arise.

We called Andy in a panic, due to bites on our arms following a recent trip and several hotel rooms. He spent about 1/2 hour on the phone asking questions and providing information. He made a visit the next day and reassured us that we were bed bug free. I highly recommend Pure Environmental. The cost was reasonable.

They were punctual and did exactly what we asked. They were very easy to work with and did a good job. They kept us well informed. They spent a full day working on the job. They said they would come back if we had any problems, and they were good to answering all our questions.

We had seen signs at our house that made us think we had bedbugs, and having been through that experience before, I was really concerned and upset.  I was hoping to find a pest control person who could use heat treatment instead of chemicals (since its more effective and I felt safer with a baby in the house), and I was referred to Pure Environmental by another pest control company that didn't offer this service.  When I spoke with Andy he said that he would be in our area later that day and he'd be happy to come by and do a visual inspection to look for bedbugs at no charge.  He came and spoke with us and did the inspection and did not find any signs of bedbugs - it turned out that what I thought were signs were not.  He was thorough and calm, and really put my mind at ease.  This type of inspection is something that most other pest control companies would charge for (easily $100), and I would have gladly paid, so I was really impressed that he was willing to come do it at no charge, and so quickly.  While I really, really hope not to ever need his services, I would not hesitate to use them for the heat treatment if we did end up needing treatment in the future.
