I had a hot water heater replaced in my home last year in July 2019. Less than a week later it malfunctioned and failed. Puddletown Plumbers installed a brand new one. In the process they left the eye sore of water heater in my yard for for over a week. Now nine months later the water heater failed due to incompetence of not matching the breaker to the wattage of the water heater. JJ the owner said I needed a new breaker. Called electrician he came by said nothing wrong with the breaker. JJ installed new elements with lower wattage. Sent me a bill for $235.00 I offered to pay cost for materials but JJ (owner) insist I foot the bill. My water heater is under warranty to say the least. I've paid the cost of having an electrician come by and tell me Puddletown Plumbers don't know what they are doing. Mind you he JJ/owner came so ill prepared. I had to assist him with a hose, towels and bucket to help release the water from hot water heater. Then he said “ this situation makes me not care anymore - enough of this “ wow really unprofessional. Don’t use them or call them. Useless and not honorable... especially the owner JJ! I’ll have to cut my losses ($1,200.00) and move on. Very sad!

My dishwasher was hooked up to some water pipes. Apparently to be up to code the dishwasher needs to be hooked up to the sink water source. Keith came out and did the work and took the time to explain stuff. Very friendly guy. The only bummer is that they didn't do free estimates. Not sure if that's an industry standard.

The entire staff at Puddletown as more than we could have ever expected. As first time homeowners, Puddletown was quick with their responses, empathetic with our situation, lowest price in town, and the most friendly and kind people we could have hoped for. The work that they did was top notch and no extra gimmicks. They were always available for phone calls and all the crazy questions that we had. We will never, ever use another plumber or recommend another plumber to any of our friends and family. Thank you Puddletown for making the stress of this bearable.

It took two days of work and minimal noise. They were in and out and so kind. They came in at quote which was way under the other two quotes we had received from other plumbling services. We do not have to worry about our plumbing pipes bursting any time soon. Since we have original piping in the house we recently purchased, the copper pipes were rusty and there were spots where it had previously leaked. 
The job done was superb. They were very courteous when in our home and I was so happy with the results I had to give them a hug when it was done.

They were very professional and nice. They were quick and did a great job! We had bought a house, but couldn't have a plumber come to fix plumbing issues until the day we got the keys. The shower was missing the drain plug and shower diverter, so a bath or shower was not possible. Rob had me email pics of the shower hardware so he could order matching pieces and have those by the day we moved in. They matched perfectly and we got a working shower and bath the day we moved in. Yay! Rob went above and beyond by getting parts in advance so that that very important shower was working for us. Thanks Rob!

We had a great experience with Puddletown Plumbing. Rob responded to my initial call promptly and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived at the time we had agreed on. Rob worked quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job. He was also very tidy and didn't mind when my cats were investigating his tools. We are very happy with the new faucet. The price was more than reasonable. We would absolutely use Puddletown Plumbing again.

Local company was very prompt and very efficient. He did the work so quickly, and was a very nice guy. The repairs that he made have stayed fixed. Very good job from everything I can tell. I would use him again, he made a very good first impression.
