Light color carpet with heavy soil at doorway. Keith was reluctant to deep clean near hardwood so gave it superficial clean but left fibers very dirty. Soil worked back up within few days. Rest of room was clean & done well.

"I am very disappointed with the review [Member Name Removed]. When I came to your home you have approximately 5 construction guys buzzing all around. You had construction paper taped to the floor. You said that you just had your hardwood floors done and you said that they were NOT CURED YET! So when it came to the edges of your entry way I was very careful not to drag my carpet cleaning wand across your hardwoods and scuff them, just to get the very edges clean. My company 100% GUARANTEES our work. You never asked for a redo of the edges. Which we would have covered for free. But instead you chose to give a C rated score. Really confused why you would do that, instead of calling us and having it do for free. Anyone reading my response can ask to see before and after pictures because I do take them of every job, FYI."

The carpet was cleaned. The kitchen was not cleaned at all. The cabinets still have sticky grease residue on the shelves and the doors/knobs. The hardwood laminate was not even touched. Cobwebs still exist in the ceiling fan light fixtures. They did nothing except clean the carpet and a little wall scuff cleaning. Far from the priority of cleaning in preparation for a move in. I had to clean the kitchen cabinets before I could put my dishes away. They said they'd sweep the garage. Nope. Clean interior of windows. Nope. AVOID THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE SCAM TEAM (of course they have no listed business address, for obvious (now) reasons.) Their M.O. is instant response to Angie's List inquiries. Ignore them. I do not want anyone else to get scammed like I did.

"We here at Professional Offices Cleaning NW apologize for any miscommunication on our part. When we were first contacted by you, who asked for an initial move in cleaning to cover all the typical areas to be cleaned (kitchen-bathroom-floor-carpet cleaning). A few days before his appointment, he contacted us and explained that he contacted the previous owner and he said: THEY (PREVIOUS OWNERS) HAD A COMPANY COME IN AND COMPLETE A HOUSE CLEANING JOB. SO YOU GUYS WILL NOT HAVE TO DO A COMPLETE CLEANING. JUST DO THE THINGS THAT LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS MORE ATTENTION.” So we did what wasn’t done based on our observation. We did not do a complete top to bottom cleaning nor did we claim that we did because you told us it had been done already. So in turn we was given a $200 discount off the price we initially quoted you, which you conveniently forgot to mention in your review. FOR ANY FUTURE CUSTOMER READING THIS RESPONSE, WE HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE WITH MR.[Member Name Removed] ON OUR PHONE/TEXT MESSAGES. Feel free to contact us personally and we can provide the actual truth of what was expected."

They were great! Keith and his wife were very communicative and professional. They were friendly and got us a great deal. They also got all of the toddler and pet stains out. He was very quick, too! I would highly recommend this business!
