Here are some additional details about the roof cleaning and soft washing process that Prime Exterior used: The technician first inspected the roof to assess the condition and determine the best course of action. He then used a soft wash system to apply a cleaning solution to the roof. The solution was designed to kill any moss, algae, or bacteria that was growing on the roof. The technician then used a high-pressure water hose to rinse the cleaning solution off of the roof. The entire process took about 2 hours. The technician cleaned the gutters and downspouts as well. The roof was left looking brand new and clean!
