When I first phoned, I heard back from them immediately. I live in a house that was built in 1930, and I was having the steps up to the front porch repaired and wanted a rail installed for safety. They had be send them a photo, and within a day I received their estimate to do the work. A date was set for installation, they arrived on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the new rail.

Dave at Precision Rail stands behind his work. The quality was great on the initial install and when I had some minor service items and a warranty issue with a fastener, they promptly replaced and repaired everything. The work was done well and timely.

The project took most of the summer, beginning with a month-long design phase where we worked closely with their deck designer trading design ideas and cost appraisals back and forth. Since it was a such a large project, this process took a while, but was well worth the effort. Deck removal was done in a day, and the framing went very quickly, with much of the work done by their very experienced deck builder. Once the deck was complete, there was some delay in getting the railing installed and our last minute decision to add lighting sort of threw off their schedule a bit, so there were some more delays around that portion of the project (mostly our fault). Throughout the project we were kept informed of worker schedules, permitting, delays, etc. Patrick and Dustin were both easy-going and professional in their demeanor and highly skilled in deck building and managing the project. Although the project took a while to finally complete, we are very happy with the result and would hire Precision Rail again in a heartbeat

Service was excellent. Dave was timely and prompt and the crew came out to do the installation during inclement weather to get the job done on time. The railing system looks fantastic and the quality of product and workmanship was excellent.
