PHOENIX ELECTRIC

Up against a hard deadline for the following Monday, I called Phoenix Electric on Friday morning and gave them my sad story. The fan was delayed because the warehouse said it was in stock and it was not. I spoke with John, the owner, on Friday morning. When I told him that I needed to have this fan connected the same day I could tell that he was really interested in helping me. Contractors are so busy this time of year and Phoenix Electric was no exception. I was flabbergasted when John said, and quot;We're going to help you. Just give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back with the time we will be there today.and quot; Well, he called back in 2 minutes. He asked how soon I could get there and 15 minutes later Erin, the electrician, was crawling into the attic.

This young man just had his schedule for the day completely hijacked by me. If I were him I probably would have been a little annoyed, to say the least. Was he? Not in the least! Erin arrived with the best attitude and he left an hour later the same way. Of course, I really appreciate getting the work done, but the professionalism and manner were exceptional!

Thank you very much, Phoenix Electric. You made me look like a hero to my client. Now, you have a client for life!

We had an AWFUL, TERRIBLE, and STRESSFUL experience with John and phoenix electric. So basically we hired them to do the job and it seemed to be going fine at first. John had a worker come out and the worker was super nice and respectful. Unfortunately, we found out that one of the electrical lights had been installed in the wrong place. So then we talked to John and he moved it and it was not that big of a deal. Then the exact same mistake happened again with a different light and this time we were frustrated that it was happening again because in both instances it pushed back our timelines and meant that we had to pay to have the sheet rock repaired where the mistake had occurred. We called to talk to him and explain our frustrations and again, ask him to fix it. He immediately, became defensive attacking and rude. We had to get off the phone with him because of his unprofessional demeanor. It was awful. He ended up calling us multiple times that day in an unprofessional and emotional state. We tried to reason with him but it was stressful and unnecessary. I tried to email him a few days later and that was also stressful and I found him to be irrational and unprofessional. We ended up paying him the entire cost even though his company's mistakes cost us money with having to repair the walls, but we just wanted to be done with him! We would never work with him again.

This was the first remodel project I had managed and no idea where to start. John from Phoenix Electric came to my condo and we went over my wish list for my remodel. He was very patient and advised me how to save money with the electrical and with my remodel project. He took the time to explain to me the details of the job and then followed up with a phone call later to give me suggestions on the project. They gave other choices that I never considered or thought to do. They explained to me how the lights would look to make sure I would be happy with the end result. I have to say I lucked out - these guys were awesome and they worked fast. I was very impressed with their overall performance and would recommend them to anyone.

Job 1: I have worked with this company multiple times and always been pleased. They are so nice and show up on time and I feel that the work itself is excellent. They clean-up thoroughly afterward and just generally couldn't be better to work with. This particular project was wonderful. The difference that changing the lights made is incredible. About half of the cost was for materials, so I think it was a bargain. John told me what sort of lights I would need and that I could go to hardware store and get them. I got there and was confused so I called him and he offered to meet me there that afternoon, now that is service! No charge for that either! I have had maybe four different electricians from this company come to my home now and each is professional and competent and very nice. Job 2: Wonderful as usual. Robert is super, super nice and professional. Perfect job with no hassles.
