This was the Estate Sale company that was referred by my Real Estate Agent and had high reviews online. I was really looking forward to my meeting and thought I wouldn't have to look any further. We have a very large home and our Estate sale will probably garner between 10k and 20k - maybe more? After asking several times and in several ways, the person that came out would not give me a clear answer on percentages given for the sale. He said "I didn't bring a contract, I thought we were just meeting." When I claimed that I needed to understand how much we would make if we sold 10k or 20k, he gave me the run around that it's always different and he had the sheet written up at his office but he didn't have that information first hand. Isn't' that pertinent information you think they should have to sell the job? He took my email address and said he'd email me the information. I never received. He was also put off by my asking him to take off his shoes to come into my home, then topped it off by balking at the fact that I would be storing the Estate Sale items in the basement?.. "That's a long way to bring everything back up for the sale." Really, I thought? Isn't that your job?! After he left, I went to their website to see if I could find the owner - - - and it was the owner with whom I met! Nice representation, Gary! 

Contacted the company and was told they only do estate sales. The person answering the phone suggested I contact a company who specializes in selling collectibles.
