The Hardware had the wrong finish.
The Frosted glass was just a cheap spray-on surface instead of etched glass (which we have in our windows) and had a variety of scrapes and scratches that we originally thought were just detritus from the factory.
The Doors were outrageously expensive - our contractor was shocked at the price for unfinished doors.
