Paris Brothers Construction
About us
Andrew and Bill Paris are third generation craftsmen who have been working in the construction trades for 30 years collectively. Thier father was a custom home builder in Scottsdale, AZ. Thier father and grandfather were union carpenters in Ohio before the family moved to Scottsdale. They have gained valuable knowledge from working along side both of them. Thier finishes, attention to detail, and cleanliness set their services apart from any other contractors. Bill and Andy's father also came to my house to work on two projects. The Paris Brothers learned their trade at their father's knee, and was he a great teacher! Like his sons, he impressed me with his skills, efficiency, and warmth. When I needed to hire someone to replace the mud sill, he helped me interview those experts.
I can't emphasize enough how much Paris Brothers Construction helped me finish and correct issues in my house after a really awful contractor. They renewed my faith in their profession. And they are such lovely people, they made me feel like part of the family.
"Thank you so much Andy and Terry!"
approached this one pretty cautiously. We took a year to go through multiple bids, get advice, tour showrooms and even
get a set of plans drawn up. All that prep still doesn't help if you have a bunch of yahoos doing the actual work, but I'm happy
to say we totally scored with Paris Brothers Construction, who came highly recommended to us by a good friend (and designer).
They came in extremely close to our original budget (and remember, we were tacking on a laundry room to the scope of work too) and the scheduling was spot on. Andy and Bill were patient, thoughtful, listened carefully to our concerns and made great suggestions when we whined about potential issues, whether they were design questions or budget busters. They did the full demolition far more quickly and thoroughly than I thought possible, and once they lined up their sub contractors and assistants, dove into the project right away.
Throughout the approximately 8-9 week project, they projected a firm grasp of patience, organizational skill and a great
approach to solving problems. Cleanliness was a top priority too, as the work areas were sealed off from the main living areas with plastic, and each work space swept up at the end of every day. They even let our dog out to go pee when no one else was around. These guys could do it all.
Their suggestions for cabinetmaker, painter, plumber, electrician, wood provider and tile/counter company, all turned out to be
great choices, and we got a high level of services and product from each of them. Along the way, they were able to help us stay within budget, yet also gave us excellent craftsmanship throughout the project. At the end, we got an amazing, flowing space with great materials, and a superb kitchen. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial construction!
I ended up hiring them to prep my house for an exterior paint job. My house is 130 years old and has been under vinyl siding for almost 30 years. There was a significant amount of work that needed to be done before the painting could occur. They were timely, respectful and took care of my house with considerable diligence, including me in decision making around things that other contractors may have not considered necessary. After the prep work was finished, Paris Bros. acted as General Contractor to secure a roofer and painters to complete the project at fair prices and in a timely fashion. They checked in regularly and made sure that the additional work was being done and that I was happy.
While this project was underway, my tenants in my downstairs apartment moved out. As the apartment had not been upgraded in a number of years, I asked the Paris Bros. to help me do some work to get it ready to rent. They pulled carpet, found a hardwood floor refinisher, an interior painter, and did a number of fixes that were way beyond my capability.
I appreciated them sticking with me, while the scope of the project changed and as my circumstances changed.
Their work and level professionalism are of equal quality and I would hire them again for future work.
