Welcome to Pacific Solutions! We are an IT department for small businesses and personal computer users in the Portland & surrounding areas. Our job is to keep your system running well so you can focus on your business. We proactively manage networks with remote monitoring, quality parts, and skilled technicians. We build systems, provide repair services for both desktops and notebooks, and provide on site support services for wired and wireless networks. By providing direct support from server to desktop, Pacific Solutions finds the answers to your problems and keeps your computer network online and running. Our hardware technicians live and breathe hardware. As Microsoft Certified Resellers, our techs receive regular training on the tools people use every day. In addition, our technicians receive training from a number of the manufacturers of hardware including Intel, AMD, Linksys, Netgear, and Sonicwall. My company has a customer with a small branch office in Portland. After we made changes to their computer equipment remotely on a Friday evening, we were unable to re-establish connectivity. Needing to get them back online as soon as possible, I was able to contact them on Saturday afternoon and schedule a resource for Monday morning. The technician was prompt, professional, easy to work with, brought what he needed to the work site, and we were able to get the problem resolved in short order. Price was very reasonable as well. As a fellow IT professional, I would recommend to others in the area.

I have used them a few times to build computers for me. Every three or four years I buy a computer form them and have it built for me. It is usually, $2000 to $2500 per computer. I get really big machines. They can be really busy so it can take a couple of weeks. They are the only ones I have used to build my computers and I would use them in the future.

It went pretty well, considering the amount of time I spend on my computer and how ansy people (namely me) get when their computers are suddenly "gone". I made it a point to only call once of the days they had my computer so that I wasn't too terribly annoying and they were patient with me and delivered on their promise of getting my computer back to me by the 3rd day.

I WAS SATISFIED. I WOULD GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY FIXED WHAT I NEEDED TO BE FIXED. WE HAD TO TRY TWICE TO GET IT FIXED. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS.
