They arrived as scheduled, and did a very neat and complete installation exactly as I requested.  The garage was left neat as a pin.  No fuss, no muss.  I think I paid about $40 more than the lowest bid, but the installation and everything was perfect so I am satisfied.

Frank came out for an estimate same day. I had 3 other quotes and went with Pac Door based on price and responsiveness to my questions on different door styles, etc. Stan did the install and he was awesome. It was a zero clearance track with 3" of headroom...not an easy install but it came out exceptional. Stan did a torsion spring to the rear and had enough space for the opener to mount over the door so no lextra loss of space in a pretty small garage. The old door and opener were taken away as agreed upon and the work site was spotless.

I was very pleased. I had done considerable shopping online and decided to give this company a try because they offered a wide variety of products with good warranties. The most difficult part was placing the order because they are only open from 8-4:30 M-F so I had to take some time off from work to get the order placed. However, everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. They even came out immediately to measure my door so the order could be placed. I did have to wait about a month since I needed an unusual size. But the door arrived as scheduled and was installed the very next day. The installer arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early) and did a nice job and cleaned up well. He even put a light bulb in one of the sockets of my opener that was missing a bulb. The B for quality is because there is an area of slight paint overspray on the gasket on the bottom of the door. A really minor issue and not one I'm willing to make an issue over.

We wanted a high-quality steel door that did not look like a cheap paneled garage door. This company is the only supplier of Steelhouse doors in the northwest and we were impressed with the looks and quality of their doors. The salesman allowed us into their warehouse to lay hands upon the various types of doors. We placed our order which was delayed several weeks due to some special-ordered parts. The door was delivered to our house in sections so that we could paint it and then a surly but efficient crew arrived to replace our old door with the painted new one. We were unhappy with the stark white weatherstripping used around our dark door but the company was unresponsive about replacing it with a darker color so we painted it. The door looks great and functions well and we expect to get a good refund at tax time because the doors qualify for the federal energy tax credit.

It was pretty good. They finished the job within a week.

We went to their Portland showroom to look at samples and select a garage door style. Later that afternoon, Frank came to our house and measured the garage door. They installed the door and opener mechanism within 2 weeks. Our painter just finished painting the door and it looks great!

We placed the order & it came just a few weeks later & was installed immediately. The people that installed the door were from a 3rd party we believe...and they dented the door...and the door didn't go up everytime you pushed the button. They put a sticker over the small dent (not visible from outside) and said they fixed the opener. A few days went by & we realized it still wasn't working correctly (ok, at all...) and called them to come & fix it. Frank came back out (our original sales person) and decided we needed a different opener which would save us a bit of money. He ordered that & a couple weeks later the first crew came out to replace it for us. Unfortunately, that meant we were w/o a door for almost a month. When it did get replaced, the crew was much more professional & once we called to let PacDoor know how displeased we were with the situation, they gave us a credit on our bill which was very much appreciated.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, MADE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL ON THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND PROVIDED A GREAT SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY HAULED AWAY OUR OLD DOORS.
