ORGANIZE ME PENELOPE

I used her several times a month for an extended period of time. She is excellent to work with. I thought that the discussions that we had, about how I was doing things, how I was viewing things, and how I was able to let go of things while I was working with her, was extremely well done. She also got certified as a certified planner, and so she was able to bring in a lot of those kind of ideas. Anyone can say, let's put down 3 boxes on the floor, but she talked me through how I was feeling about things, and really helped me to better understand the process, and how I could make the process my own, and helped me let go. I am still in contact with her, and should I need to get someone to come in, it will definitely be her.

What I love about Penelope besides her endearing personality is the fact that she is calm, patient and totally non-judgmental. She is a wise young woman who certainly knows what needs to be done in her quiet and helpful way. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and felt it was a very worthwhile investment of time and money. I was sorry when our job was done.

IPenelope is the professional organizer extraordinaire and she has changed my life with her careful process of helping me to organize rooms in my home. Not only is she very knowledgeable about what needs to be done, but she is compassionate, patient, and caring without a trace of being judgmental and, best of all, I truly enjoy working with her each time she comes here because she is such a joy. I highly recommend Penelope!!!

We spoke on the phone and she got an idea of my goals and told me what to expect. We arranged to meet 2 weeks later (due to my hectic schedule). When she arrived, she interviewed me about my likes, dislikes, goals even further. This was very helpful in that I felt better understood and that she was going to meet my needs. I also asked her a number of questions and she was very easy to talk to. I never felt the least bit judged given that I felt so unorganized. I was unsure how someone who looks so young could be so experienced, but she has a very interesting background for doing this work, and has taken what she does seriously. She toured the house and the specific focus areas. I was amazed at how good her memory was as to how things worked and didn't work. This was a very liberating and motivating experience. My home office is a small space that is not only uncluttered but much more functional. I expect to enjoy this space much more than in the past.

Wow, Penolope was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment she stepped into my mess of a home office, she seemed to bring a light to the space. She was never put off by my "organized piles"... Instead, she helped me simply and understandably change the way I used the space. I run two businesses from home and things tend to get pretty hectic around here. Penelope took the time to listen to my needs and really understand how I function in the office. The first visit left me inspired and eager to try out some of her suggestions. After implementing what I realistically could, Penelope came back for the follow up analyzed how I was doing, brought a bunch of new organization tools, files, binders, etc. Penelope was recommended to me by a friend and it has proven to be one of the most valuable connections I've had the pleasure of making. As they say - "time is money" and having an organized efficient office has already saved me a tremendous amount of time.
