Fast and easy with the BEST service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing at an automotive place. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! I needed a same day oil change service, as we were leaving town the following day. I called 9 nearby places... all the others were either WILDLY more expensive or only perform oil changes by appointment and had no openings today. Karrie and Zeph ABSOLUTELY saved the day for me! I'm VERY glad to have found this place, the price, kind and welcoming staff, very reasonable pricing and fast service has made On The Go Auto Services my new GO-TO location for all of my future automotive needs!

I use On the Go Auto Services more than once. They're upfront and very patient with explaining the options, which is really critical to trying to make the best use of your money. They've been very good about explaining what my options are and what this means if you do this. And the outcome will be this, if you take that option number two. It's all about trust and competency. I've spent a lot of money with them throughout the years. I'v always found them to be upfront and more than willing to take the time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and way things cost what they do.

I took my 1996 Toyota Corolla to On the Go to have a lube, oil and filter change. Dave at On the Go is friendly, courteous and helpful. When I picked my car up after the oiI change, Dave gave me a quote with recommended service and changing the timing belt seemed most important and I followed the advice. I have other maintenance to be done - a tune up and a fuel filter change. I will call On the Go to get it scheduled soon.

I chose this business because of it's ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification. The service was in fact excellent. I also like to support locally owned neighborhood businesses. I found the owner to be friendly and honest. When I returned for my vehicle, it wasn't quite ready. While waiting I spoke with a customer who had been coming here for many years and he confirmed my feelings of the owner's honesty and integrity.
Because my vehicle is now six years old, it needs some work. I was told which items needed to be done soon and which ones I could delay. I was comfortable with the explanations and will be coming back here to have the work done.

After inspecting the vehicle, they gave me a quote. Before authorizing the work, I went to the Suzuki dealer at the Auto Mall for a second quote, which came in several hundred dollars more. Went back to On The Go and told them to go ahead. Once they got started, they called me to let me know what they found, and got authorization before doing any work outside their estimate. Work was completed promptly with no surprises. I don't drive the Sidekick much, so it was 3 weeks before I noticed that the fan belt and A/C belt were slipping. I took it back to them, and they tightened the belts while I waited. No hassles, no fuss, just excellent service!

They replaced the parts and re-tested. Test came back even. I've had no further problems. The work was performed promptly, treatment was polite and professional.

He replaced all the hoses, flushed the radiator and fixed an exhaust leak. I really liked his work. He was honest and energetic. He seemed to be happy to have my business. He did a complimentary overall check up on the car. He listed all the checks he had done and updated me on what things had to be done and what could wait. I knew that some things were not working well but some things were new to me. He did not try to push me into getting those fixed and I appreciated that. I think the prices were high. They did a lot of things for my car and they did a good job. I liked his attitude. He was very responsive. The quality of his work was good.
