Description of Work: Tim with NW Roof Tech had bid several jobs for us for us. He is prompt, professional and very responsive! We will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: I rated this roofing outfit a "F" because it took them over a week and a number of Emails for them to finally respond; and when they responded they stated that basically they are too big an outfit to consider doing such a small job. As a senior citizen, and consumer rights advocate, I can't speak to the kind or quality of work they do, and in grading them with a "F", it is due because they really need to let senior citizens & everyone know that they don't do small jobs, as this will save everyone a whole lot of 'down time'. So, contingent upon this provider changing it's ad and it's response time, my rating would be a whole lot more favorable. Beyond that inconvenience for me that wasted my time because I responded to customer claims and ratings in the "B" to "A", it's communication skills need vast improvement. Maybe adding a large & bold letter disclaimer that "...we don't do small jobs..." would have helped to prevent all this. I believe it's important that, from 1st contact to 'the end of the job' communication with the customer is paramount...particularly senior citizens who are looking for a roofer to simply tear off, haul away the old roofing material, re-sheath and recover a small shed or porch roof should be steered clear of this, or any outfit that's too big for the little jobs. I found another provider, the job was done excellently, and I am happy and good for another 30 years should I survive that long.
