Moving
The customer service did not provide updates on the move and did not try to make amends for the inconvienence of holding my household goods for over two weeks. They refused to honor the quote and ended up costing an additional $1,700 to get my belongings. They basically threaten to hold your belongings hostage until you pay what they say to pay.
