A+. adam and his team did an amazing work. my kitchen now looks like my dream!

My business interaction with NW Builders and Renovation started shortly after last year's ice storm freeze and thaw. One day I discovered that I had water dripping from the ceiling on the 1st floor of my home. The source of the leak was found by a remediation company I hired after initiating a insurance policy claim. I hired NW B&R to perform the work which was completed to my complete satisfaction (project #1). Adam Fretas was the overall project manager. I continued to work with Adam and NW B&R additional projects that included: (2) entire asphalt shingle roof replacement that was many thousands less than other bids, (3) drywall install and texture to repair the water leaking from ceiling , (4) external whole house painting, (5) internal whole house painting, (6) carpentry work to add skirting to stairs, and (7) replacement of bathroom exhaust fans and kitchen vents. All of these were completed on time, on-budget, and to my satisfaction. Adam is GREAT at managing all projects!

We started with this company for some sun tunnels and signed a contract. I put 3K down as a down payment and was looking forward to having the sun tunnels installed but got a bad feeling I was being over charged so I had two other companies come out to give me bids and they both came back about the same but Northwest Builders was 4 times the cost. I canceled the job but was never given back my 3K deposit. Complete scam and Adam Fretas was a very impolite and misleading salesperson who took advantage of hard working people. Adam told me he would give me back my deposit but never did.

My sales person was polite but the company itself leaves a lot to be desired. On 10/07/2022 they were notified that the nails blew through the eves and from the outside and it looks horrible. On top of that, when it rains, the water flows over my gutters on my front dormer like a waterfall. To them its just cosmetic, but this is my home and I have a bid that says this is a 2000.00 dollar mistake. After reaching out at the beginning of this month (Nov 2022) my sales person said it’s out of his hands. They made a big deal out of getting a 5-star review so maybe this will get their attention.

The roof had to be done twice. Initially, the first crew's work was below par; however, the owner came back, at his own expense, with a new crew to totally redo the job, plus repair any flubs , messes, etc. made by the first crew. He "bent over backwards" to rectify any issues that concerned us. We were impressed by his dedication to provide a quality end result.

It went great they did a good job. They were very professional.

I was pleased how they worked together so well. Each step of the way one worker would stop and show me pictures of the damage wood that was happening as they took the roof off. I will be hiring them again.

They did a fine job. The problems occurred because of the bad weather. They broke some of the plants because the materials fell from the roof. We have a very steep roof. I don't have any complaints. I would highly recommend them. They did a fine job.

Job was done in a timely manner. Workers were friendly, polite, showed on time and immediately started working no standing around wasting time. Finished projects looks really good. Very happy

Northwest Builders and Renovations did an excellent job on our house. I would hire them again for any work I need done. Tommy is great and very detail oriented. If you are looking for a great company give them a call.
