Description of Work: Replaced bath tub faucet cartridge and stopped the profuse drip.

Description of Work: They installed the toilet, but did not remove the old one.... leaving us to scramble to dispose of it ourselves.

Description of Work: Our garbage disposal died, and the sink started to back up. Called Nichols and they were able to come the same day. Offered 3 options and cost for the disposals, as well as cost for piping if needed. (It wasn't) Very professional, neat and personable. Would definitely call them in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired a main water line break. They did an excellent job and were very prompt in an emergency situation. I am having them back for some other fixes in the future.

Description of Work: On my first contact he solved the problem of a clogged faucet by giving me directions over the phone. This was free. I then called when a main water pipe froze and broke inside the wall of my house. He came and methodically searched for the source of the problem, found it, shut off the water, then returned with a helper to remove the broken pipe and push a new replacement through up inside the wall. This was all a big job. He worked quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely call him for my next plumbing job.

Description of Work: We called with questions regarding the installation of a new vanity. Bob responded pretty quickly on a weekend, and after discussing our situation he advised that we continue with our self-install because we were on the right track and he would be doing the same thing. He was forthright and saved us an unnecessary expense. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we will call him because he seems really honest.

Description of Work: When I called Bob it was a Sunday and he was out with his family but he told me after he got home he would come over and check the water heater as I was not getting any hot water so he checked the reset button and after about an hour my water was hot again so I told him i would see how this goes and if it goes out again I will have to get a new heater.So far so good but I do know if it goes out again I can depend on him to get me a new one. Description of Work: Bob arrived on time and was able to repair a floor flange needed to install our new toilet. He had the necessary parts in his truck and was able to repair and install the toilet within an hour. We are senior citizens and appreciated the $25 discount offered by his company. We will definitely call Bob Nichols for any future plumbing needs and recommend him to friends.
