I worked with Mario through the company Classique Floors. He and his assistants were on-time, friendly, and professional. Mario is very good at communicating. I understood what would happen, what he needed from me as well as keeping me informed on time lines including when he would return from lunch and the following days (the job took three days.) He was very patient as I ask a lot of questions. He also cheerfully returned a week later when I had some questions about the flooring. He reviewed the whole job and tweaked some of the molding. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the communications. I will hire Mario again for some finishing work not included in this job.
