Jamie came to see the pipe within an hour of my contacting him. He had to make a second trip with supplies to cut the plastic pipe and installed a new piece. Earlier, the water company had turned off my water and neither Jamie nor I could turn it back on. Jamie left since It was going to be late before the water company came back to reconnect my water. When the water was restored, the fixed pipe held but had a steady drip. The second snow storm hit that night. One or two days later, Jamie's wife called to apology for Jamie not being able to make it over to check on the leak due to the road conditions. After the weather finally warmed up, I made three calls on different days and left messages. I have never heard back from the company. I am going to have to hire someone else to repair the fix that Jamie made.

James came out on time a few days earlier than expected and shut down out irrigation system. I have used him over the last 15 years for this and other various landscape options. Very professional and fair priced.

Our backyard was a mess. Jamie Monaghan came over and was so pleasant to deal with! He was straightforward, extremely knowledgeable and very fair. We used to have a landscape maintenance company taking care of the yard but had to let them go when they had such little attention to detail. This company did not come in with the lowest bid but it was very fair and the project went seamlessly. We would definitely recommend them at the very highest level to friends and neighbors and won't even consider anyone else for our next project.
